Freelance Chinese Language Teachers Wanted
We regularly need part time freelance(1) teachers for our locations.
We expect:
It goes without saying that you need an adequate knowledge of Chinese. But more important is that you can train our students in order to make them use Chinese quickly. You know which steps are involved to achieve this goal and you can describe these steps.
We expect
- that you are able to create an inspiring environment for our students
- good communication skills to students, colleagues and management
- that you are at least 3 times a week available (during our lesson scheme)
Preference is given to candidates
- who speak Dutch (English is acceptable)
- who have the Dutch nationality; non-citizens who are allowed to work must be staying for at least 2 years.
Candidates without formal training or teaching experience are also welcome to write to us, provided that you have enough time available to learn this job. Among others we expect you to follow a training in Amsterdam and reading the theory. We define "no lesson experience" if you have never taught the Chinese language to Dutch adults in a classroom situation.
